He did not shoot his ex-girlfriend the moment he saw the police when the police officer call his name verbally which got his attention and gave him a command to show his hands. He caused that girl to die. He could’ve came around the back of the building through the lobby and got a back position on that guy and do what you have to do with the girl being a less danger, but being a gun hole charging into battle with no regards for the safety of the woman this police officer call her to die you all a rejoicing and saying how he was shooting and etc. it could’ve ended up no shots fired and the girls still be alive or a shot was fired. The officer would’ve killed White and the girl probably still be safe but no this cop is an idiot a jerk who does not deserve to be on the streets in the situation like that to make a call when somebody else is in danger you don’t do that. The state of Illinois should be paying out a lot of money cause this cop disregard for proper procedure. To save the woman he’s an idiot.
