Yall do know we don’t know what side the single juror is on right? It could be that the one juror is the only one saying she is guilty without the insanity plea. The entire court case is about if she is able to plea insanity, or if she is guilty and no mental issues were present. Please just do research instead on believing headlines.

Dude if you do any basic research on this trial then you would know that there is no debate on whether Lindsay actually killed the kids or not. She admitted it herself. No juror is sitting here talking about some astrology bullshit because a. the case isn't about whether Lindsay or Patrick did it and b. jurors aren't even allowed to look up the case, so they wouldn't be getting this information from tiktok. The argument that the jury is deliberating on is whether Lindsay was mentally sane enough to know what she was doing (murdering the children). This is not me saying I believe Lindsay is not guilty, I actually do think that she should rot in prison for life for taking 3 innocent children's lives. I just think that it is so dumb to spread this type of misinformation about the case, even in the format of a joke because there is going to be at least one idiot who doesn't do research on the case and takes this information at face value. Sorry this comment is so long, I just get so irritated looking at these comments that are just obviously taking the arguments of both sides in bad faith.
