@world.clap.day: We just did something nobody thought was possible. Millions of people from all around the world decided to come together, sharing the simplest gesture that we all share: a clap. For just one second, we forgot about all the differences between us. And we were just…humans. We didn't make the whole world clap at the same time. Not yet. But we were loud enough to be noticed by the biggest medias in the world. What started as a crazy idea became a global movement. Millions of people joined. Millions more noticed. And some of them forgot…. And the thousands of people you see in this video are only a fraction of everyone who actually took part. World Clap Day was never really about clapping. It was about proving that we can still come together despite everything that we think makes us different. Because at the end of the day, we're just humans. I know it might sound corny, but deep down I believe most of us want the same thing. We want to love, to be loved, to belong, and to live a life worth living. And working behind this project gave me a lot of hope. Maybe the world isn't as divided as we think. We just need more reasons to come together. This was only the beginning. Imagine what we can do next year.
