A serve can look completely normal and STILL be a fault 👀 Here are 4 common badminton service faults: 1️⃣ Touching the court lines with your foot — your feet must stay inside the correct service court without touching the boundary lines. 2️⃣ Hitting the shuttle above 1.15 m — under BWF service rules, the entire shuttle must be below 1.15 m from the court surface at the moment it’s hit. 3️⃣ Moving or lifting your foot while serving — part of both feet must remain stationary and in contact with the court from the start of the service until the shuttle is struck. 4️⃣ Hitting the feathers first — your racket must initially hit the base/cork of the shuttle.
