its gets frickin' worse!!! I hate getting old, doctors just wants to push gabapentin and antidepressants and now wants to push statins and my body already aches without adding a pill that will make me ache worse.😡

PAY ATTENTION to That Last ONE! Once they took my HRT away my BP went up even with meds, then a STROKE, then my TYPE 2 got worse (meds didn't help until I changed meds & went on a heavy Vitamin A,D, & E diet!). I'm allergic to soy, so Flaxseed & Almonds. Also Pomegranate & yam creams. I eat Salmon 3xs a week for Vitamin D ( I'm not out in the sun enough.

I don’t like it. I can’t take estrogen due to breast cancer and the symptoms don’t improve 😮💨 Depression spikes are unpredictable , weight gain is inevitable, tiredness and body aches horrible 😩
