Ye it shows electronic verification and if u purchase it with that it would probably get sent to a verification hub and they’d need a phone to verify not a photo so you’d get ur refund

you can report for significantly not as described, it has the brand set to iphone which wouldn’t be correct if it’s a piece of paper and the category also set to phones which isn’t correct so just report it
