@steven: Can one night of sleep actually reduce your eye bags? 👀 Andrew Huberman explains that while you sleep, the brain clears out waste through the glymphatic system, helping you wake up looking less puffy and more refreshed. He says getting upright and moving in the morning helps get lymphatic fluid moving again. Could better sleep be one of the simplest ways to look more refreshed #health #eyebags #huberman #doac [OSC:]

Amazing that ~ 1400 years ago the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ already knew that sleeping on ohr sides is beneficial.

You all should know that there is a difference in bags. There are generic bags and there are pigmented ones. Genetically, if you have them you cannot get rid of them with sleep. If you have pigmentation, is is possible to HELP MINIMIZE the pigmentation. Sleep helps to avoid inflammation/puffyness.
