Had an extreme intention to unalive myself due to being backstabbed in a very unexpected way a few days ago. Got admitted to the psych ward the next day, but thank God was released after that. Next week will start therapy and counseling. Seek help if you guys really need help, and all the best.

almost 2 years i isolated myself. wallahi i almost suicide. but qodarullah allah send me a friend n be there for me even though by ws only. and it's safe me until now. dan untuk recovery tu mmg susah, ada time yg rasa macam hopeless gila. but i tried.

terbaca dekat fb.. si suami ni baik sgt.. mmg dengar je ckp isteri.. duduk rumah family isteri.. rumah sendiri adik ipar sewa.. lama2 tak bayar.. dia tanggung satu kluarga isteri tu.. last2 dia tekanan.. gantung diri.. nak keluar tak tahu mcm mana agaknya.. dahlama baca.. tapi sampai skrg masih teringat.. kesian sgt2..🥺

doesnt matter what religion you are, always think of god and unaliving yourself is a sin, i have that thought and always think of ways on how to unalive myself, kalau kau tak tahu dengan siapa kau nak mintak bantuan, atleast dont be alone because being alone adds up to unaliving attempt, please remember that there are people who still love and value you
