@geoff.garlic: Did not expect America to rank this high 🫪 Recipe: Burger: * Oil * 200g 80/20 ground beef (7oz) * Half an onion * American cheese x 2 * Buns * Pickles * Salt and pepper to taste Sauce: * 30g mayo (2 tbsp) * 15g dijon mustard (1 tbsp) * 20g ketchup (1 BIG tbsp) * 5g pickle juice (1tsp) * Garlic powder 1 tsp * Salt to taste METHOD: 1. Mix the sauce 2. Thinly slice onion 3. Thinly slice pickle 4. Shape beef patties from ground beef 5. Toast the buns on a pan with some oil 6. Add sauce to buns 7. On a cast iron skillet or stainless steel pan, smash the beef patties flat on high heat 8. Add onion on top, and salt, pepper to taste 9. Flip and add a slice of cheese each 10.
