hi! I have a question: it's sounds odd but I'm trying HARD not to think negatively/bad little snippets of anger or ... I have no idea what's happening. I'm usually very positive, very gentle .... quiet.... But you know when you rip paper? or squish a squishy ball? that ONE second, I just want to.... *RRR! .. I can't explain it well but I know you'll know what I mean. I'm trying to ignore those millisecond thoughts but it's been hard. I try to turn that energy productively into whatever I can OR just try to relax but it's hard. Any tips? sigh.

Thank you. Needed this today. Already had a major negative shift with a family member unfortunately. I Immediately did a positive energy spell and also a good talking to.....to myself. Thanks Again. Thought it was just me.
