idk mistrial is most likely. that judge denies everything. if that one juror isn't following instructions now after all this time, I doubt they will today.

I think the judge denies Redds hearing motion, and he goes to the Mass supreme court asking for an emergency hearing. Ultimately, a mistrial tho
