If the government fails to enforce its own immigration laws what do you expect citizens to do? Illegal immigrants fill hospitals and schools without paying anything and government looking the other way what do you expect citizens to do? In Kenya government takes action you complain. In South Africa citizens take action because of a sleeping government you complain. Your job seems to complain all the time.
