Which is why queen of swords ⚔️has to happen, because given the half truths to make it believable…It’s lack of communication and understanding to proffer their own opinion, ideas and agendas. Standards are there to allow you to show proficiency…scaffolds and supports need to be there to allow for movement along the scale. When support is removed, and expectations are still there…How do you move forward? Especially when the person not “meeting” the standards is begging for support. There is the need for not just stating the standard and not offering the support to get there…How do ppl move forward? Transparency/clarification is kindness. The agenda that is hidden is cruelty wrapped in a lie of half truths, showing the hidden intention as clear as daylight. ☀️When there is willful ignorance, because it doesn’t support the hidden agenda—egoic repugnant, reprehensible, reprobate behavior ensues…They show themselves and intentions through the lies/half truths told…Says more about them than you…
