had this little girl point to her caramel macchiato and say this isnt her drink, i asked what drink she wanted and she kept saying a caramel macchiato 😭 when i explained that was a caramel macchiato her family behind me started degrading me in spanish and calling me dumb, i tried to kindly explain that was literally what she kept asking for and asked if what she wanted was a caramel frap (she said no) i ended up making her a caramel frap and thats exactly what she wanted..

Somebody poured their drink out in front of my coworker in the drive through because her drink wasn’t made right .. and my coworker was trying to help her understand if you don’t want lemonade in your honey citrus mint tea we will fill it up with water and she didn’t like that I guess

I've head customers cuss me out for asking "is that all?", I've had grown ass men customers raise their voice at me/yell their order at me, and I've had customers try to order while they're on the phone and get mad that I can't understand them (if I'm giving you my full attention have some fucking respect and courtesy to do the same bc then they get mad their order is wrong). It's exhausting but per usual the customer is never wrong so we just shut up and do what they say. It's borderline abuse lol

i had to tell my shift lead yesterday that her being aggressive to me was not okay! i was a manager for 3 years at whataburger and a new barista at starbucks, ive had coworkers cry to me about the mistreatment by the leadership at my store. its so sad! they’re so rude here!!

So many people come to my starbucks and its creepy ass MEN and BOYS. Calling our store asking for our thongs! Had an old man come in saying that it looks like a 90s porno we are just missing the high knee socks….idk why people think all these actions are appropriate or even acceptable to act like that
