@steme.fitness: 🍍Sweet fruits and other high GI foods are NOT off the meal plan- they’re just added at the right time of your cycle. (Like in the luteal phase when progesterone is high and thrives off of carbs) However- like in early follicular- high GI foods interfere with estrogen levels, as they are slowly rising. So, I plan a more ketogenic style of eating here. The point is- keto is great for women with insulin resistance/ PMOS. But never allowing carbs to cycle in at the right time, is 1- restrictive 🙅🏼♀️ and 2- not great for progesterone! This can cause irregular starting cycles and painful/ unwanted PMS 🙅🏼♀️ Stop saying carbs are bad, but also stop over consuming them at the wrong times of the month. 💌 DM me “carb cycle” to get your personalized meal plan #mealplan #pmos #carbcycling #keto
