oh bless him, I was diagnosed with sleep paralysis but it comes on when I'm not asleep if I'm relaxed n I can't move but I can hear n see everything it last 15 minus at a time n I'm 40 it's terrifying for me I couldn't imagine how scared he is bless him 🥰
