I’m annoyed with the judge. The juror in question IS expressing reasonable doubt but refusing to follow the instructions. Why won’t the judge remove the juror??? It’s crazy.

I would say if they specifically stated that the person isn’t following the law on reasonable doubt then they’re probably leaning towards acquitting her. That’s the only reason reasonable doubt would be relevant

That could have been seen as interference yesterday. He sent them to deliberate for a third time. One juror not budging should have already been called a mistrial.
