o movement neva plan by JAMAICANS, it plan mainly by taxi , bus and other drivers who have a problem with traffic laws. less than a 100 out a every 1000 citizen drive or have licence.. walk foot nuh really care although dem tek bus an taxi. For those who have a problem wid government jus memba a 3 million population and a 400,000 vote een government.. Di issue is very deep.
