Within just a few days, I witnessed the devastating aftermath of one man who jumped, and then learned about the death of a student at a school I had just passed within a few hours. Allow me to point out that both were men. (I am saying this because men are significantly more likely to commit the act, yet many still feel they have to carry their struggles alone.) So check on your friends. Check on your brothers and sisters. And don’t be afraid to ask for help yourself. Strength isn’t always carrying everything alone.
