It means they went through your case virtually!! It’s also called an admin review. Their clinical interpretation is that you are an urgent case .

I have a thing on my NHS app to say i refused x3 to give them a sample that they sent a kit for…then have a ‘result’ recorded as “negative, no further treatment required”???

Do not get me started. 2 years ago I went for scan after my GP asked me how my referral had gone for my ovary. What referral? They detected an issue in 2020. Referred me again January 2024. 3 scans. Will review. Now waiting for another scan - which thank you for reminding me, I can chase them about because its now September. Absolute joke. Poor service to ensure privatisation goes ahead which means we will need personal health insurance and digital ID. Guarentee it.
