I went through the exact same thing with alot of false things in the protection order and it was granted, they made her say that I used to hit her but in the 32 years of marriage I never laid a single finger on her and my lawyer didn't fight for me in court. The judge granted it on my address but they moved out of the house before it can be granted, so I am trying to vary the address on it.
