@jamieseaofficial: She didn’t come to me saying, “I need to make more money.” She came to me and said,”I just want my fire back.” 🔥 This is where people misunderstand how quickly your reality can actually change, because two weeks later, she went from $44K to $192K in revenue. That’s a 336% increase in two weeks. But we didn’t start by obsessing over how to make another $148K. We started with HER. I looked at her Human Design, her leadership, where she had stopped making decisions, what she was avoiding, what she already knew she needed to let go of, and where she had slowly started responding to the reality in front of her instead of leading the reality she actually wanted to create. Because this is the work I care about. I don’t want to just hand another strategy over and tell her to implement harder. I want to understand why a woman who is clearly capable of creating extraordinary results suddenly doesn’t feel like herself inside the business she created. Where did she lose her fire? Where did she stop trusting what she knew? Where is she waiting instead of deciding? Where is she running her business in a way that doesn’t actually fit how SHE is designed to lead? And then we work from there. She committed to working with me and she committed to getting her fire back, she started making decisions from the woman she wanted to be again instead of waiting for her current circumstances to make her feel like that woman first. And things moved FAST. This is what I mean when I talk about collapsing timelines. We have been taught to assume that big changes require long periods of time, as if the size of the result has to match the amount of time it took us to create it. I DO NOT believe that. Sometimes the thing standing between where you are and a completely different reality is a decision you already know you need to make, something you already know you need to let go of, or a version of your leadership you’ve been waiting to feel “ready” to step back into. This is the work we do inside my world. We use Human Design, we work with the energetics, we look at the strategy, we look at the decisions and we look at YOU as the human leading all of it.
