As a former F/A we used to do a lottery on the Vegas flights all the time, but you had to feel the crowd first and make it disclaimer that we do not have to participate!! people would write their seat number on a five dollar bill, and we would pull one winner who would get the pot! LOOKS LIKE THATS WHATS GOING ON!!

We had the first flight out to stay in Vegas for a few days [my first time there] on a major airline one time when I lived in Miami. It was 5:30 in the morning on a Friday when we boarded and there was a bachelors party of like 50 dudes. They clearly were already intoxicated but it didn’t matter because they had the flight attendants serve everyone on the plane double jack and cokes or rum and cokes or screwdrivers….again I reiterate it was near 6 AM and they were partying on this plane all the way to Vegas and bought the whole plane drinks. Liquor. The vibes were fun but it just proved I was in over my head and that was foreshadowing lol
