I used to be up under I live downstairs in the Neighbor upstairs has a child and he would scream all day long and run and jump off furniture all day long and when I said something to the owner they sell he has a disability so why in the hell would you put him upstairs doing that running and screaming for hours on in and they said well she was in a hurry to move

My neighbors!!!!!! They have a child that runs from 6am until 2am and repeat. I call security EVERY SINGLE NIGHT 10:15pm on the dot because I’m losing my mind. I move in 2 weeks

My upstairs neighbor is tormenting me as well! They JUST moved in. I file a complaint EVERYDAY. I have kids and I’m on the 2nd floor but you know what my kids don’t do … PLAY IN THE HOUSE because someone lives downstairs!

Ugh we just had this issue. They ended up moving out, but their kid ran a track meet upstairs for HOURS….. you can tell parents don’t take their kids outside anymore OR tell them not to run in the house. Apartment or NOT we NEVER ran in the house it is NOT civilized

I was a downstairs neighbor once and it was a nightmare. I ended up calling the cops to get them to stop. When I lived on the top floor, my neighbors said they never knew when I was home. People are just extremely inconsiderate of others.
