the ONLY thing i need hearing aids for is speech, and it seems to be the only thing i can't hear. teaspoons stirring drinks in cups, traffic, coffee machines, music, children crying, all that background noise i hear loud and clear, but can't hear a word if I'm with more than 4 people. background noise overwhelms speech
