I once had a Hindu roommate in a camp. He told me he practiced an old sect of Hinduism where they only worship 1 God and have no idol. Instead of statue, he prayed towards a name written on a paper (I could not read what it said). Plus even the way he prayed looks almost similar to a Muslim prayer albeit faster and no ruku’ (bending body while standing)
