Serious question. Why is it prohibited to park backwards? Where I’m from it’s frowned upon if you don’t park backwards. Incase of an emergency you can get people out faster if they don’t have to back out of a parking space.

I remember my driving instructor saying if you have the option back in, you never know when you need to leave in hurry. Sound advice but I love this solution.

I like how Amerikkkan this is. You can't see the license plate since having a front plate isn't required, so the solution is to prohibit reverse parking instead of just requiring a front plate.
