Wasn’t a funeral home, but her home. It traumatized me so bad that I can’t remember her face. I remember everything else, vividly. I was down bad a few years ago before Christmas. I begged my grandma to send me a sign she was with me. Help me not throw the towel in. Christmas Eve I found out I was having a little girl. I wish she was here to see her & love on her, but I thank her everyday for sending me my daughter ♥️🥺

My grandma was my absolute best friend and lived with my family and I for almost 8 years after my grandpa passed. I was supposed to be home the night before but I was in college and wanted to hang out with friends. The next day I got a call saying she passed away. The guilt I carried was so heavy for 9 years. Then 9 years to the day my grandma passed away, I had my youngest daughter. Who was born at the same exact time I found out my grandma died. And she has a birthmark in the same spot that my grandma did. I was adopted so there’s no way it’s a biological thing. My life came full circle. I’m 33 now and I still miss her every day. But to everyone who read this, look for the signs. I can promise you they never really leave us ❤️

I took care of her the last 11 days she was alive, picked her casket, her flower spray and her services for her. All while just being her granddaughter, her own daughters didn’t even help. I couldn’t let her down though ❣️

I watched my grandma die in front of me, at the rip age of 9.. a couple weeks before my birthday. I’ll forever never be okay with it. She took the spotlight of my parents, i considered her my mom. I am now 21 and still cannot grieve her death like i should. From what I can say tho grief is like glitter.. no matter how hard u try to get rid of it or act like it’s not there it is.

She died in a car crash on Halloween I never saw her and then she got cremated, I never got to say goodbye and I wish she was buried like she wanted, then I could have at least seen her one last time
