Judge told me I could not fire my lawyer.. that the judge and she were 12 years friends and she felt that her friend was competan to represent me after making a joke about if my lawyer threatened me with bodily harm. I went back to my cell and wrote the experience down and sent it to the Judicial Commission.

Look up st Clair county courthouse in Pell City, AL in the next couple weeks. I've been on a triple restraint all while the prosecutor has been sitting on exculpatory evidence for 924 days and counting. I've been through 4 different court appointed attorneys because they delayed 3 different trial dates. I've stood on my conviction and survived the storm so far. I started filing my pro se motions when I have had several stagnant and uncommunicative attorneys. I have been assigned a high profile attorney from the state conflict fund. My Judicial complaint I filed with the state capital has passed intake and I just got a letter that it's headed to the committee when they convene again. 11 DOCUMENTED VIOLATIONS among 4 constitutional amendments. It's going to be dismissed any time now. Keep checking in on a near future federal investigation. This defendant is about to be a plaintiff in a federal lawsuit.

I had the Judge pointing her finger in my face telling me to "hush, this is my courtroom, and you do as I say"... while the prosecutor/defense attorney were satnding.... and the baliff was recording it on her body cam....2 days before court... now they are refusing to release the bodycam footage to me...
