A member yelled at me because I wouldn’t help her setup Venmo, I said ma’am I do not work for Venmo. I politely advised her to contact their support line for assistance, she said I gave poor customer service and she would know because she use to work at the credit union I did. I said well if that’s the case how would you handle this call?? Lmao

Girl Bank are here been in the banking industry for the same company for eight years. I literally go through this almost every day. I recently put my foot down because it’s becoming more of an obligation versus help. They literally demanded your help like if it’s an obligation!!!! Do not schedule and block me off for an appointment on my calendar for a servicing that has nothing to do with the Bank I work for!
