@saysdotcom: Malaysian jump rope athlete Firdaus Rasid clinched gold in the Men’s 30+ Freestyle category at the Universal Jump Rope (UJR) Championship & UJR Cup 2026 in China on 23 August. The 31-year-old EPF staff member spent nearly RM7,000 of his own money to fund the trip after receiving no sponsorships. Despite balancing a busy work schedule and recovering from a minor ankle injury, Firdaus secured his first championship title on his third attempt.
