the law states, if there is reasonable doubt in ANY aspect of the states case/evidence, that is a not guilty vote. a juror cannot say “I see there’s doubt but I still think they should be found guilty” That is why the judge just said “apply the law, whether you like it or not”

The juror was apparently laughing and smiling in court yesterday, he hasn’t made one note the whole trial & now is refusing to follow the law, he needs gone!

Sound like they all crooked in Massachusetts. Just replace him with an alternate and save tax payers some money. No they want a retrial because they didn’t do there jobs in proving she is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. It’s sickening what is happening in our justice system.

that note stated the single holdout "has made statements acknowledging doubt but refuses to apply it to the verdict as the law states." Which means CLEARLY he isn’t following instructions and lying under oath. He needs to be dismissed.
