No hate at all, but speaking as an esthetician, just gently pat the cream under your eye with your fourth finger, starting at the outer corner and working your way in. Tugging and rubbing your eye will lead to loss of elasticity and sagging.

I ordered this and the caffeine serum and it works on the first use! I use both on my laugh lines too. Hydrates, plumps up the skin and softens all those lines out. Definitely a keeper!
