I don't do day's work or hourly work for construction. I call and you tell me how long the job takes, the materials needed, and the cost. Whether u waa done the job in 3 days or 10. You getting 1 pay. So if you tell me 2 weeks and i ask for an update 1 week later and the work isn't up to par, I'll pay you for the amount of work completed and get somebody else.

Where I work I get paid buy the day so even if I turn up to work 8 and leave 9 it’s considered as the day but it has its up and down
