It’s true we are hiring people with PMOs about people who have actually experience!! It’s ridiculous we passed up several highly qualified applicants in favor of a 25 year old with a PMP

I am here to say if you don’t get it that is fine too. I’ve had plenty of interviews where it was something listed as a nice to have but the role I have right now even had it as a requirement and here I am with the job.

I am sorry to burst the bubble, but PMI just released a new high level advance certification. PMP now is the bronze standard.
