Js so you know adding them in is different for every app so here ya go capcut: download the video and import it onto your edit by pressing 'overlay'. then go into effects and press 'splice'. blurrr: download the video and import it onto your edit. go to effects and press 'overlay' or 'splice'. alight motion: download it and import it onto your edit. press effects and choose between 'overlay' or 'soft light' ps: for the rotating boarders use 'chroma key' and use the color dropper to pick green/ make sure to mute the clip and shorten it to the effect you want!!
