First of all, this is DELICIOUS!!! 😭🤌🏼🍝 I was short on time, so I made mine in the Instant Pot instead! Only changes I made were using about 3½ cups of beef broth. I browned the beef on sauté, added the broth + noodles, poured the marinara on top (don’t stir!), then pressure cooked on HIGH for 4 mins with a quick release. Stirred in the cream and cheeses at the end and let them melt on sauté. SO GOOD!! 😋
