I hate when people are like "the Earth would be better without humans" "humanity gotta go" humans are animals!!! humans are also a part of the ecosystem and deserve a place on Earth, too. are some humans destructive? yes! especially the ones in power who take advantage of our intelligence and abilities, and who don't respect our world. but no species is evil just because of what they are. just like with invasive species, you do not turn and make the entire species extinct. instead, you carefully remove the ones harming certain areas or introduce changes that restore balance

people will say "were not animals!" yet will act threatened when someone entered out "territory. When hungry and left with nothing, we'd do anything to survive like animals would. Senses that animals have. our own species are called Homosapiens. We just... happened to evolve more than other creatures

I was just thinking this morning about how people thing humans and animals are different and yet we do so many things other species do. Behaviorally we act like so many other animals do. We just need to see it.

It's strange that some people don't view humans as animals because if you observe humans in a space where we feel comfortable and relaxed you can actively see the animalistic traits of humans reveal themselves if you're looking for them I mean I can't stop noticing them and yet there's people who think humans are higher life forms like we're barely fully sentient a large majority of our brain's processing power goes into keeping our bodies alive
