f landlords but tbh it’s not their fault. they’re just doing what landlords do. the problem is that they can get away with that because we don’t build any housing so the landlords don’t have to compete for our rent.

Do a dhcr rent history check see if your apt is rent stabilized most likely your rent is illegally overcharged and my be owed 1000s and a reduction in rent

Might be the same in all popular cities. I live in Santa Fe, NM. Buying and renting in this city has become so high that they are pricing the locals out!! Who do they think will server their tables and park their cars if nobody can afford to live here but the rich?
