I just came out with a halter top pattern if you want to try it out! my beginners that pattern tested it said it was very easy to understand. I have the link in my bio ♥︎ (also yes ball point needle for stretchy fabrics!)

good job sis. FYI, the neckline has that wavy shape because you stretched the fabric while sewing. You should get a stretch needle and a walking foot.
