@solaglocal: Did you know that Breaching of this sand berm in this location to release this stagnant water is a good thing. 👍🏻 It simply speeds up the inevitable, helping prevent mosquitos from breeding and harmful bacteria growth in stagnant water. It also helps prevent meandering flows, property damage and flooding of a pedestrian tunnel. All of which can be prevented with no tax payer costs when the public or wave riding community does it. This also is sometimes done by the city with heavy equipment (bulldozer, backhoe etc.) So we Break the berm. Don't believe the lies!
