It’s so frustrating that women have to prove themselves in all aspects of life in order to be believed. Legally, medically, etc. There is still so much work left to do in this lifetime. I’m glad you were able to get your restraining order. ❤️

My ex always blamed my ptsd for his anger and punches. Women are resilient tho.

My ex did the same thing to me. She told everybody I was crazy. Because I had been admitted to a psych ward when I was younger because my parents didn’t know what to do with me my brother died, and I got on drugs and had an accidental overdose. I was vulnerable and told my ex about it. I was a student and all of that happened and used it against me as a weapon to make me not seem credible.

Yes, that’s exactly what my ex claimed and then he was charged with criminal harassment and stalking and I got the restraining order… he told both side of the families that I am crazy just bcos I was leaving him, and in order to stop me he started threatening me that he is gonna unalive himself… men take advantage of women’s hormones and perceive us weak…

My ex husband did the same thing with me and had me committed. I was there one week they let me go. I got my children back. I was not believed as to his narcicism and his affairs and how he would treat me mentally and emotionally. This entire case brought me back to 1996. 🥺
