Not beef but pork. I wanted whole hams, full butt , full picnic, boneless thick cut chops, tenderloins, full rack ribs do not separate, bacon, and anything left as brats also take whatever time he needs getting it done, I don’t care. The butcher looked at me like he was scared to say a word and wanted to hug me so I said take a breath dude I thought of just getting primals but I’m lazy so don’t be over joyed bc I could have made it easier, this is a win for me too. He gave me a discount.

if I’m paying someone to cut my beef I don’t want any bones in that shit, ya can’t eat bones dawg. The counter I work at offers everything that actually sounded good in this vid lmao boneless ribeyes, New York strips, flat irons, petite sirloins, boneless roasts.. and I’ve got no issue putting someone’s 5lb of ground beef into 1lb packages, takes one extra minute if you’re good at it fr. Steve’s produce in Palm harbor Fl pull up🤷🏻♂️
