I have mcas but they are only allowed to prescribe H1 and H2 blockers and they don't work. WHERE CAN I BUY PLEASE

my friend and I went full vegan for almost 2 years we decided it wasn't for us . I ended up with diary intolerance and she ended up with Crohn's disease after stopping. 😢
