@thestadlerfam: When I lost Madi, I started having panic attacks and reliving the hardest moments of losing her over and over again. The thing that helped me most was Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). It uses guided eye movements to help your brain process traumatic memories differently, so you can remember what happened without feeling like you’re living through it again. It didn’t take away my grief, but it helped me heal from so much of the trauma surrounding losing her. I wish more people knew about ART, which is why I wanted to share my experience.
