Not to be rude at all but these haircuts I’ve seen people are saying they’re getting butchered are mostly styles that need to be done with product, not just the cut—this one specifically you’d need product to add volume. The haircut is not going to come out looking like that naturally unfortunately

hihi!! im going into a trade program for cosmetology and know why a bit!! Most of the people in the references have thinner hair than you (from what it looks like), and probably have some sort of texturizing product in them. if you want similar volume I suggest getting dry shampoo for volume or some sort of sea salt spray. Although they did kinda fuck your bangs up im sorry 😭😭

Use some texture powder and fluff the shit out of it. If you have straight/nontextured hair then layers won't show
