@zani.fskkk: Only a few people know about this side of my life but i wanna share it with each one of you and assure you that life doesn't end over minor or major inconvenience, life ends when you let those inconveniences control your mind, heart and whole future. Suicide Prevention Month is important to me because, for a long time, I genuinely didn't think I would make it past 18. Growing up, I struggled with feeling like I was unlucky, unwanted, or that even the smallest problems were too heavy for me to carry. I took everything to heart, constantly overthought, cried, and there were times when I tried to end my life or felt like I simply wanted to disappear from everyone and everything. Even as I grew older, the panic, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts didn't disappear overnight. But over time, things slowly changed. I learned that life is not only made up of the bad moments, the bad situations, or the bad people we encounter. I found reasons to stay in the smallest things, learned to protect my peace, and started choosing myself and my life. I'm still learning, but I'm here and that alone means something. Now, I truly believe we have to find love and happiness in the little things, hold on through the difficult moments, and learn to love our lives as much as we love the people around us. If you're reading this and you're struggling, please hold on. You don't need to have your whole life figured out today you just need to make it through this moment.
