Tell you. My daughter is a single mom. And she has these days. And I will tell you the same thing I say to her. Find you a movie that is going to just make the tears run free. Some times in order to get through things you have to allow your emotions to wash through you. When you are done. You will have a heavy sleep. And be ready to face the world again. We all get over whelmed in life. You WILL be okay. Because your a good, strong person. And you are LOVED.

As a Dad this breaks my heart. I have worked very hard this last year to be around as long as I can be for her and my son. The love your father for you shows in your hurt. You are his miracle for the world and we are better for that gift.

I've lost my mom to dementia and then to Heaven. My dad has dementia too. In his dementia he is so unkind and is so lucid more and more. It's all on me. I'm so numb. I miss my momma so much. I understand you. I'm so sorry. 🙏🏻

When life gets heavy for me I go to the cemetery and I set and talk to him and tell him when I need help to keep caring on. And he sends me some sign that everything’s going to be okay. I’m sorry you have to feel this pain to. I keep his legacy going that’s all I can do for him now.
