I am so glad that one juror is holding his ground. He knows she’s guilty and you know what it’s better that it goes to miss trial that way the state prosecution could really prosecute her next time and sentenced her to life in prison

I practice state and federal law. The mistrial definitely means that the jury does not believe she's not guilty. What it also means is that there's going to be another trial, generally, when that happens, it's easier for the state to obtain a guilty verdict. I believe this woman will be found guilty
