@jaleeyah.mae: 34 WEEKS 3 DAYS🤰🏽💙🥹 Had my 34 weeks 3 days midwife appointment today and I can’t believe how quickly these weeks are flying by! 🥹 We went through all my usual checks had my bloods taken 🩸, carbon monoxide checked, blood pressure checked, urine sample, listened to my baby boy’s heartbeat ❤️, measured my bump 📏 and then we had a proper chat about my birth plan and what I’m hoping for when the big day comes. 📝👶🏽 It feels so surreal knowing that I’m now in the final stretch. I still remember finding out I was pregnant and now I’m here discussing my actual birth plan and preparing to meet my little boy. 🥹💙 Everything is starting to feel so REAL now!
